Will probably leave for the 36th the first of next week. he is only waiting to obtain positive information of the whereabouts of the Regiment. They are probably on the White River opposite Fort Pillow, but whether they will push on down to Memphis or wait the coming up of the boats from below, we cannot tell. Letters for the Regiment can he left at the Elgin Book Store.
